Shipping Policy

At Xpixel Studio, all products we sell are 100% digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical items.

Delivery Method Because our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.

• Instant Download: Once your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive an email containing the download link(s) for your purchased files (Stream Overlays, Widgets, etc.).

• Account Access: If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account dashboard under the “Downloads” section.

Delivery Time

• Immediate: In most cases, you will receive your files within minutes of placing your order.

• Delays: If you do not receive the email within 10-15 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

Issues with Access If you have trouble accessing your files or did not receive the download link, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will manually send the files to you as soon as possible.
